With 20+ years of mortgage industry experience, Debra has built a strong reputation for guiding families through the home financing process with care, precision, and professionalism. From originating and closing loans to training fellow loan officers and managing branch operations, she brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the AMS team. Before joining AMS, Debra held various roles with major lending institutions, gaining deep expertise in loan origination, processing, and client service. She began her career in the housing industry, where she developed a passion for helping families achieve homeownership.
